NEW FEATURES (2024)

2. New Daily Report (with easy access from main screen). This report is BETA.  It includes ability to print directly to Clover printer. We are in the process of adding breakdowns by category and stock order counts.

3. New Dual Pricing Discount Models!

• Traditional/Classic Model: We raise (and manage) the business inventory and offer a cash discount to provide equivalent dual pricing for all items.
• Independent Pricing Model: We raise (and manage) the business inventory and offer a cash discount ON EACH INDIVIDUAL ITEM.  This option is important for some states such as California.
• Database Pricing Model: We DO NOT raise the prices of the business inventory. Instead, if a customer pays with CARD, we RAISE the price of each individual item. This model is NOT surcharge. We are raising the price of each item and not adding a surcharge. Please email help@appheaven.us to receive the setup code.
• Flat Fee Pricing Model. You can set a flat fee like $2.00 and that $2.00 fee will be spread out equally among all items on the order.  Please check and adhere to the laws of your State regarding use of this feature!
• We also still have models to: (1) Only split EBT items (2) Discount only (no price raise), and (3) Payments plan ONLY.

5. You can now exclude items from price raise or cash discount by simply including ".." or "__" in the name of the item (that is 2 periods or 2 underscores).

5. Cash Discount Professional now includes the ability to "flash" the card price on the Clover DUO customer facing screen.  If you are using the Database Pricing Model, the cash price is flashed on the customer facing screen.

6. Our dual pricing sale app now includes multiple views (buttons top/bottom and cash button on top and card button on bottom).  The dual pricing sale app now includes a Daily Summary and easy access to Setup. (These features can be turned on/off).

8. Ability to automatically apply cash discount over a certain threshold amount.

9. Ability to create an online payable invoice by tapping the SAVE button on any order.  Each merchant gets their own customizable, hosted website with custom url which allows anyone to pay an order by using a 4 digit order number generated when an order is SAVED. We also generate a receipt with qr code which can be used to pay out the order.

10. Gift cards can now be configured to not require an activation fee, and then set so that gift card transactions are charged at the CARD rate.  This feature should provide an additional option with merchants who don't want to introduce an activation fee.

11. Cash discount can now require an admin/manager pincode to enable.

USER INTERFACE IMPROVEMENTS

*We've created a "basic" and "advanced" setup.  This new division allows us to add new features without cluttering or confusing the basic use cases.

*Customer facing screen now includes icons for card and cash

*Customer facing screen button text is larger.

*The setup screens are now color coded and numbered for easier reference

*Ability to remove the "Partial Payment" button from the customer facing screen

RECEIPT IMPROVEMENTS

*We now bold the totals and NOT the sub-totals on receipts

*New feature to group quantity under a single line item

*Ability to remove tax % from receipts

*Ability to add your business logo on cash discount releases as well as ability to crop top and scale the logo

*Ability to print all guest receipts with a single button

*Ability to add "You save ... with Cash" to credit transactions as well as cash transactions.

BUG FIXES:

1. Payment QR code now works properly for all cases

2. We've improved the speed at which receipts appear on the duo screen

3. Single digit tip percentages now appear on the tipping section
